While KO N CO, LLC was only formed in 2015, Kimmie Oliver, the owner has been in the rental industry for over 30 +years. Ms. Oliver has been busy expanding her portfolio of properties for rent. This gives you a peace of mind that you are renting from a company who knows what they are doing and knows the rental market inside and out.

 

KO N CO, LLC has rental properties in a multitude of areas. One of these areas includes the Portola area of San Francisco. The properties are centered between the 101 and the other nearby highways, close to the university. Another area is the Marina/ Seaside area. Some of these properties have ocean views and are just ten minutes to the beach. Our Palm Desert properties are close to the downtown area, perfect for those who want shopping and entertainment nearby. We have properties in the central valley Fresno area, right in the heart of agriculture and wine country. This is right in the middle between Los Angeles and San Francisco, perfect for those who routinely visit these areas but don't want to pay high rents or live in a congested area. Lastly, we have properties in Henderson, North Las Vegas. Our properties offer great views of the area. They are far enough away from the strip to avoid tourist traffic, but close enough to drive in to catch a show or enjoy a night on the town.
